London, UK, 22 April 2015: Sierra Rutile Limited (AIM: SRX) ("Sierra Rutile") has on 21 April 2015 received notice that Michael Brown, a Non-Executive Director, has purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of Sierra Rutile at a price of 17.23 pence per share and 20,000 ordinary shares of Sierra Rutile at a price of 17.38 pence per share. Following these purchases, the shareholding of Mr. Brown is 720,174 shares, representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of Sierra Rutile.
Sierra Rutile has also on 21 April 2015 received notice that Richard Lister, a Non-Executive Director, has purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of Sierra Rutile at a price of 17.24 pence per share. Following these purchases, the shareholding of Mr. Lister is 660,000 shares, representing 0.13% of the issued share capital of Sierra Rutile.
