Carclo plc announces that on 9 June 2010, Mr Christopher Ross, Non Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 160 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Ross's interest in the Company is 81,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.
