On 5 December 2012, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that David Nicol, a Director, has today acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 189.963 pence each.

His resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is 10,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.004% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
