1 February 2011 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that, on 31 January 2011, Mr David Tyler, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 772.5p per share.

The notification to the Company, on 31 January 2011, was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
