The Company was notified on 5 October 2009 by Capita Registrars, the Company's Registrars, that the undernoted Directors had arranged for the cash dividends paid on 25 September 2009 to be reinvested and used to purchase further shares at a price of £11.57 per share.

The Company was notified on 6 October 2009 of a dividend re-investment by the manager of an ISA (formerly a PEP) held by Gregor Alexander pursuant to regular standing order instructions. Gregor Alexander acquired 32 shares at a price of £11.37 per share on 5 October 2009.
