Person discharging managerial responsibility shareholding
The Company has been notified that Ivan Ritossa, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 908 ordinary shares in the Company on 2 February 2018 as a result of his participation in a dividend reinvestment plan.
The shares were acquired at a purchase price of £6.3562 per share.
Following this transaction, Ivan Ritossa has an interest in 168,408 ordinary shares in the Company.
