Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Barclays PLC (the "Company") announces certain transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in
· ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of 25 pence each ("Shares"); and
