The Company received notice today that Emma Johnstone (wife of Mark Johnstone, Group Chief Executive) has transferred 76,357 shares into a third party nominee account and she remains the beneficial owner of these shares.
Following this transaction Mark Johnstone's total beneficial holding including those of his connected persons is unchanged at 348,172 shares.
