DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS
The Company announces that a conditional award over 15,313 ordinary shares of 5486/91 US cents in the capital of the Company ("Shares"), granted to Mr Mervyn Walker upon his appointment as a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility in 2008, vested on 7 September 2009.
6,279 Shares were sold at £20.27 each to settle the tax and national insurance liability and the balance were released. Consequently, Mr Walker's beneficial interest has increased by 9,034 Shares.
The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
