Director's Share Purchase

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that Basil Brookes, an Executive Director, on 21 May 2010 transferred 15,302 ordinary shares in the Company from his personal and his immediate family's personal holding to his self-invested pension fund. There is no change in the beneficial ownership of these shares and his total holding remains at 845,662 ordinary shares which is 1.00% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
