The Company has been notified that on Friday, 22 June 2007 Tom Thomson, Vice Chairman of the Company, bought 12,000 O rdinary S hares at ‚£6.05 per share through his SIPP, which is held by Standard Life. His total interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company following this transaction is 117,517 shares (0.166%).
