Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM:GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components and systems announces that the Company was notified on 6 August 2024 that, on 30 July 2024, Gary Bullard, Chairman, purchased 244 Ordinary Shares at a price of £4.71 per share and that Elaine Sullivan, a person closely associated to Gary Bullard, purchased 240 shares at a price of £4.71 per share.
Following these transactions, Gary Bullard has increased his interest to 47,205 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.19% of the Company's total issued share capital.
