Purchase of shares by Mr John Malcolm Denman
The Company was notified on 9th March 2009 that on 6th March 2009 Mr John Malcolm Denman, Group Finance Director, bought 3,500 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company, at a price of 59.5p per share. As a result of this transaction Mr John Malcolm Denman has a notifiable beneficial interest in the Company of 5,110 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Mr John Malcolm Denman is also a Trustee of the James Cropper PLC Pension Scheme ("the Scheme"). He is therefore deemed to a non-beneficial interest in the Scheme. Following this transaction his interest in the total issued share capital of the Company is as follows:
