Director's Shareholding
In accordance with sections 324 to 328 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), Mr Michael Allcock, Director, has today notified the Company that he sold 3,800 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 585 pence per Ordinary Share on 18th June 2008.
Following this disposal, Mr Allcock and persons connected with him remain interested in 11,400 Ordinary Shares representing 0.10 per cent of the issued share capital.
This calculation is based on 11,913,559 being the total number of shares in issue with voting rights.
