IndigoVision Group plc announces that it has been notified that on 1 May 2019 Max Thowless-Reeves, Chairman, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.565 per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Max Thowless-Reeves' total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 157,383 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.09 per cent.
