The Company has today been informed that on 31st March 2009 Tim Jackson, Finance Director, purchased 50,000 Ordinary 10p shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 33 pence per Share.
Following this purchase, Tim Jackson has an interest in 50,000 Shares, which represents 0.23 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
