Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Wolseley plc (the "Company") announces the following change in the interests in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company (the "Shares").
On 31 October 2012, Mr Frank Roach exercised share options under the terms of the Wolseley Executive Share Option Scheme 1989. Mr Roach has retained 361 of such Shares issued to him, selling 2,795 ordinary Shares at £27.38 per Share.
