Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

On 21 May 2012 JZ Capital Partners Limited (the "Company") was notified by Mr D Macfarlane, Chairman of the Company, that on 18 May 2012 he acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 367p per share and that following this purchase Mr Macfarlane is interested in 48,000 ordinary shares in the company (representing 0.13% of its issued ordinary share capital).
