Devro today announces that under the Devro Dividend Reinvestment Plan, Peter Page, Chief Executive Officer and PDMR in the Company and his connected persons acquired 3,063 ordinary share of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 251p. Accordingly, Peter Page now has an interest in 392,757 Shares representing 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
