The Company announces that Tim Martin, Chairman of JD Wetherspoon plc, has today purchased 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 239.6p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Martin now holds an interest in 33,509,934 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 23.83% of the Company's issued share capital.
