Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), the national financial advisory group, announces that on 10th April 2017 the Group's Finance Director, Mr Peter Smith, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 1p nominal value ("Ordinary shares") at a price of 14.5p per Ordinary Share for his ISA.
Following the above transaction, Mr Peter Smith has total beneficial holding of 430,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.34% of the Company's issued share capital.
