HaiKe Chemical Group Ltd.17 December 2007 HaiKe Chemical Group Ltd ('HaiKe' or the 'Company') Director Shareholding Following the purchases announced this morning, the Company has been notifiedthat Mr. Xiaohong Yang, the executive chairman of the Company, and Mr. ZaizhongZhang, the chief executive officer of the Company, have each acquired today anadditional 21,658 Ordinary Shares of US$0.002 in the Company at a price of£1.16 per share. Mr. Yang's shareholding in HaiKe, following the further acquisition today,totals 61,678 ordinary shares (representing approximately 0.16 per cent of theordinary issued share capital of the Company). Mr. Zhang's shareholding inHaiKe, following the further acquisition today, also totals 61,678 ordinaryshares (representing approximately 0.16 per cent of the ordinary issued sharecapital of the Company). In addition, Mr. Yang and Mr. Zhang own 12.24 per cent and 5.84 per cent.respectively of HiTech Chemical Investment Limited ("BVICo"), a British VirginIslands registered company which owns 51 per cent. of the issued share capitalof the Company.
