Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities or Connected Persons
Balfour Beatty plc (the "Company") has been informed by the Trustee of the Balfour Beatty Share Incentive Plan 2011 (the "SIP") that on 15 October 2014 each of the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") acquired the number of Ordinary Shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company shown against his name at 155.52p per Ordinary Share through participation in the SIP:
