On 26 September 2014, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that David Nicol, a Director, has today acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 271.0p each.

His resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is 73,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
