Rightmove plc (the ‘Company’) has received the following notification from Peter Brooks-Johnson, Chief Executive.
On 3 October 2017, Peter exercised the following rights to acquire:
6,320 deferred shares awarded at nil cost in March 2015 in respect of his 2014 financial year bonus, ahead of the last exercise date of 1 March 2018. Peter subsequently sold all the ordinary shares received, at an average price of £41.203 per share. 25,099 performance shares awarded at nil cost in May 2013, including rolled up dividend payments of 889 shares, ahead of the last exercise date of 7 March 2018. Peter subsequently sold all the ordinary shares received at an average price of £41.031 per share. 75,000 shares under an unapproved executive option awarded in October 2007 (which would otherwise have lapsed on 9 October 2017) at an exercise price of £5.22 per share. The shares were net settled and Peter subsequently sold 30,907 shares at a price of £41.031 per share to cover tax and other deductions and retained the balance of 34,574 shares.The total number of ordinary shares sold represented 0.068% of the ordinary shares in issue (less shares held in treasury) prior to such sale.
Following these transactions, the beneficial shareholding of Peter Brooks-Johnson is 89,720 ordinary shares representing 0.098% of the ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury).
Peter also holds Unapproved options over 191,839 ordinary shares, Sharesave options over 1,033 ordinary shares, 12,758 deferred shares and 90,195 performance shares.
