The Company announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary £0.001 shares undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs").
On 27 September 2018, under the terms of the 2018 offering of the Equiniti Sharesave scheme, the following directors/PDMRs were granted options to buy ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at an option price of £1.77 (£2.23 for US employees).

Please note: The Sharesave scheme is an all-employee, HMRC approved Save As You Earn Scheme. Equiniti employees can save an amount up to a maximum of £100 (or equivalent local currency) per month over a period of three years (two years for US employees). At the end of the period, the amount saved can be used to buy Shares at a price set at the start of the scheme saving period. Employees can withdraw their participation at any time and have their money returned to them. The options to buy Shares are normally exercisable for six months from the end of the savings period. US employees are able to exercise their options at the end of the two year savings period but are restricted from dealing in the shares for a further 12 month period.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
