Environmental Recycling Technologies plc (the "Company")
Directors' Dealing
The Company announces that it has received notification that on 27 September 2010, Mr. Ken Brooks, a director of the Company purchased 1,762,440 ordinary shares of 2.5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Philip Tyler Polymers Limited at a price of 2.5 pence ( the "Purchase").
Philip Tyler Polymers Limited is a company in which Mr. Brooks and Roger Baynham (also a director of the Company) are both directors. Philip Tyler Polymers Limited is wholly owned by Philip Tyler Plastics Limited in which Mr. Brooks and Mr. Baynham respectively have 25 per cent. and 6.8 per cent. shareholdings. Following the Purchase, Mr Baynham is no longer interested in the 1,762,440 Ordinary Shares previously held by Philip Tyler Polymers Limited.
