Claire Denton, Group General Counsel and Company Secretary
On 13 July 2021 Ms Denton exercised options over 549 shares following the 2019 award under the AVEVA Group Deferred Share Bonus Plan, selling 259 resulting shares at a price of £39.30 per share to settle associated tax and national insurance liabilities and retaining the balance of 290 shares.
