Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 24 April 2013 that, on 23 April2013, the Directors named below received at nil cost the number of ordinaryshares in the Company shown opposite their names following the vesting of theirmatching shares under the Deferred Bonus Plan. They both retained theinvestment shares purchased at the time of the award.
