This notification relates to transactions to be notified in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a)
Further to the announcement released this morning confirming that the scheme of arrangement relating to the new corporate structure was effective today, the ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US Cents in Man Group plc held by the directors or a connected person were exchanged for ordinary shares of 107 US Cents in Man Strategic Holdings plc (now renamed Man Group plc) on a one for one basis. Following this exchange the directors' holdings are:
