Acquisition of Shares by the Go-Ahead Group Employee Share Trust
The Company announces that Lloyds TSB Offshore Trust Company Limited, trustees of the Go-Ahead Group Employee Share Trust, on 19 April 2010 acquired 1,945 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company at an average price of £14.21 per share to satisfy future releases under The Go-Ahead Group plc Long-Term Incentive Plan 2005 in which the participants, including executive directors, have a potential interest subject to the achievement of performance targets.
