DIRECTOR'S INTEREST IN SHARES
Diploma PLC has been notified that on 24 September 2015, Iain Henderson, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, disposed of 12,000 Ordinary Shares at 625 pence per share and has acquired, through a personal savings vehicle, 12,000 Ordinary Shares at 625 pence per share.
His beneficial interest in the shares of the Company remains unchanged at 517,912 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.46% of the Company's issued share capital.
