The Company was today notified by the following Directors of the Company of the sale of 950,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 58 pence per Ordinary Share today.

As a result of this transaction Mr Crawshaw is now interested in a total of 4,265,711 Ordinary Shares, which represents 5.4% of Crawshaw's issued ordinary share capital.
