Greene King PLC15 July 2005 Directors' shareholdingsGreene King plc announces that, on 14 July 2005, 25,000 shares in the companywere acquired by Kleinwort Benson (Guernsey) Trustees Limited, as trustee of theGreene King Employee Share Trust. As a result of the acquisition, Rooney Anand,Mark Angela, David Elliott and Michael Shallow, who are beneficiaries of thetrust, have acquired an interest in the 25,000 shares in the company. Thisbrings the number of shares owned by the Greene King Employee Share Trust to atotal of 314,483.
