Transaction in own Shares and Director Dealings

 The Company has been informed that Charles Henri-Sabet, Executive Chairman, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company on 22 December at a price of 33p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Sabet holds 1,450,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 2.6 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
