Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated to them
The PDMR listed in the table below was granted options under the Low & Bonar 2018 Sharesave Scheme ("Sharesave") over fully paid up Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company. Further to the recent Placing and Open Offer and Firm Placing the number of options and the exercise price has been adjusted as per the Company's Sharesave scheme rules relating to capital reorganisations and approved by HM Revenue and Customs and the Company's Remuneration Committee.
