PDMR's Share Purchase
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 Wilmington Group plc announces that Neil Smith, a PDMR, on 11 July 2008 purchased 2,850 and 2,800 ordinary shares in the Company at 155.95p and 156.25p respectively and on 14 July 2008 purchased 34,350 ordinary shares in the Company at 158.5p. His resultant holding of ordinary shares is 250,000 which is 0.30% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
