Argo Group Limited (the 'Company')
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company was notified on 6 May 2009, that Kloter Board Services AG had purchased a total of 600,000 shares in the Company, at a price of 4.6 pence per share, on 5 May 2009.
Kloter Board Services AG is a company which is beneficially owned by Michael Kloter, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company and his family. Michael Kloter now has an interest in 600,000 shares in the Company, representing 0.78 per cent. of the issued share capital.
As disclosed in the Company's admission document, dated 12 November 2008, the Company agreed to reimburse Michael Kloter for the purchase in the market of 300,000 of the 600,000 shares detailed above.
