Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Following the clarification issued on 9 January 2009 by the Financial Services Authority in relation to the disclosure obligations under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") of persons discharging managerial responsibilities who grant security over their companies' shares, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has received notification from Mr T C W Ingram, a director of Caledonia, that on 4 December 2002 he entered into trust arrangements with Lloyd's of London in respect of 20,000 Caledonia ordinary shares to provide security for insurance underwriting.
The Caledonia shares referred to above represent approximately 0.03% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital with voting rights.
