Burberry Group plc - Director/PDMR Shareholding
Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") announces that it received notice of changes to the shareholdings of Persons Discharging Managerial Duties ("PDMR") on 2 June 2011, as follows:
1. On 1 June 2011 the following PDMRs were awarded ordinary shares in the Company of 0.05p each ("Shares") under the Burberry Group plc International Free Share Plan 2003 ("IFSP") at nil cost:

Shares awarded under the IFSP cannot normally be disposed of for a period of three years after the award date.
