Interest in shares
Global Petroleum Limited (the "Company")
Global Petroleum has today announced on the ASX that 129,996 ordinary shares were acquired on 4 June 2010 by Mr Peter Taylor, on market at an average price of A$0.135 (approximately 7.8p).
In addition, 128,427 ordinary shares were acquired by Mr Taylor's spouse on 4 June 2010 on market at an average price of A$0.137 (approximately 7.9p).
Mr Taylor has an overall interest in the fully issued ordinary shares of Global Petroleum Limited of 29,792,127 (17.1 per cent.).
