Director/PDMR Shareholding

It is announced that on 6 July 2012, Rachael Hughes, a PDMR exercised awards over ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each under the HomeServe plc Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).

Ms Hughes exercised awards under the LTIP which were granted on 6 August 2008 and which vested on 6 August 2011 following an assessment of the associated performance conditions (based on comparative TSR). She exercised a performance award over 50,927 shares and a matching award over 6,839 shares. She sold 35,000 shares at a price of £1.65.

Ms Hughes now holds 242,773 shares (0.07% of the issued shares).
