The Company announces it was informed on 24 July 2009 that two of its directors acquired Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 July 2009 as follows:
Hon Alexander Hambro bought 25,000 Ordinary Shares at 96p per share and a further 50,000 Ordinary Shares at £1.00 per share. He therefore has a beneficial interest in 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.48% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital and total voting rights. He also holds 416,667 Convertible Redeemable Shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 8.33% of the issued share capital of that class.
David Barnbrook bought 2,500 Ordinary Shares at 96.75p per share. He therefore has a beneficial interest in 15,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.37% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital and total voting rights. He also holds options over 50,000 new Ordinary Shares.
The current issued share capital of the Company is 4,037,678 Ordinary Shares and 5,000,000 Convertible Redeemable Shares of 1p each, none of which are held in treasury.
