I give below details of changes in interests in the Ordinary shares of GlaxoSmithKline plc in respect of the under-mentioned Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility:-
Mr S M Bicknell | Exercise of option on 9 November 2011 over 22,500 Ordinary shares granted on 3 December 2002 under the GlaxoSmithKline Share Option Plan at a price of £11.79 per share.
The sale of 22,500 Ordinary shares on 9 November 2011 at a price of £13.73 per share.
