THE PART EXERCISE OF A PERFORMANCE-RELATED OPTION GRANTED UNDER THE VEDANTA RESOURCES 2012 ESOP AND PART SALE OF SHARES ACQUIRED. THE OPTION, ORIGINALLY GRANTED OVER 18,000 SHARES, IS EXERCISABLE AS TO 3,240 SHARES NOW, AND UP TO 1,944 SHARES AND 1,296 SHARES ON THE SECOND AND THIRD ANNIVERSARIES OF ITS GRANT RESPECTIVELY AND DISPOSAL OF 1,340 SHARES.
