Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC (the "Company") has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Shares").
As announced on 1 October 2015, Andrew Rashbass was granted an award of options over 221,011 Shares in accordance with the Remuneration Policy approved by shareholders at the General Meeting held on 1 June 2015. Under the terms of this share award, options over 44,202 Shares vested on 30 September 2018. Andrew Rashbass exercised these options over 44,202 Shares on 17 December 2018 and sold 20,775 Shares to settle resulting tax liabilities and transferred 23,427 Shares to his wife, J Rashbass, on 18 December 2018.
