Canaccord Capital Inc. discloses director's dealings
Purchase of Canaccord shares
VANCOUVER, Nov. 5 /CNW/ - Canaccord Capital Inc. announces that Mark G. Maybank, President & Chief Operating Officer of Canaccord Capital Corporation (the Company's Canadian operating subsidiary), and a Director and Chief Operating Officer of Canaccord Capital Inc., purchased on November 2, 2007, through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange, 200,000 common shares in the company at a price of C$17.82 per share. As a result, Mr. Maybank now holds 560,320 common shares in the company, representing 1.17% of the issued common shares of the company.
