Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed that on 30 October 2020 Andrew Shepherd, CEO International & Group Deputy CEO, exercised awards over 4,714 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") granted under the 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") as deferred bonus share awards in 2018 and 2019. Following the exercise, all 4,714 of the Shares were sold at a price of 1,612.5p per share.
To satisfy the exercise of the awards, 4,714 Shares were transferred from the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"). The Company was notified by RBC cees Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT, that following this transfer the EBT now holds 518,721 Shares, representing 3.22% of the Company's total voting rights.
