Sharesave
The Company runs an HMRC approved Sharesave Scheme in which all UK staff are eligible to participate. The Sharesave options granted in 2014 became eligible for exercise from 1 September 2017.
Louise Makin participated in this Scheme, holding an option over 2,165 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 498.67p per share.
On 1 September, Louise elected to exercise her options at a cost of £10,796.21. Following this transaction, Louise Makin's shareholding has increased from 770,499 to 772,664 shares, being 0.2% of the issued share capital.
