Director/PDMR and Connected Person Shareholding

This notification relates to shares sold by Astro II SPV a connected person of Faisal Belhoul and Khaldoun Haj Hasan, both non-executive directors of the Company. 

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company announces that it was notified on 11 September 2014 that Astro II SPV, a principal shareholder of the Company, sold 8,516,612 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company through CREST on 11 September 2014 for a price of £10.30 per ordinary share.

Following the transaction Astro II SPV holds 23,373,242 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company, being 20% of the Company's issued ordinary shares of £0.10.
